The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that on 20 December 2013, Robert Bright, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 754,967 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each at a price of 16.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bright is interested in a total of 1,850,611 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03% of the total issued share capital.
