LightwaveRF Plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the creator of the LightwaveRF Connected Home Platform and products for the Internet of Things enabling households and businesses to remotely operate and control household applications including lighting, heating and security using smartphones, tablets, PC and MAC applications, announces that it has been informed that on 22 August 2014 John Shermer, a founder of the Company, sold 43,333 shares in the Company at 34.5p per share. Following the sale, Mr Shermer holds 956,667 shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
