Purchase of shares by person discharging managerial duties
Renold announces that on 27 January 2009, Mr Herbert Hohmann, a person discharging managerial duties for the Company, purchased fifty thousand (50,000) ordinary shares of 25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 23p per share.
Following this share purchase, his beneficial interest, including the beneficial holdings of his connected persons, is as follows:
