Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed on 3rd December 2009 that, on the same day, Richard Smith, Chief Financial Officer, and his wife transferred 180,000 ordinary shares and 20,000 ordinary shares, respectively, to his SIPP at a price of 52 p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Smith's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,740,377 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
