29 March 2010 Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, that on 26 March 2010 he purchased 800 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 295 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction Mr Rooney is interested in 212,490 shares, representing 0.71% of the total shares in issue.
