Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on the 29 April 2014 that on 22 April 2014, Phil Lawler, Chairman of the Company, transferred 49,755 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Caroline Lawler, for nil consideration.

The beneficial shareholding held by Mr. Lawler (including those shares held in his wife's name) is unaffected by the transfer of these Ordinary Shares. Following the transfer Mr. Lawler's holding remained unchanged at 99,930 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the current issued share capital.
