Hochschild Mining plc ('the Company') announces that, Nigel Moore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 77p per Share.
Following the purchase, which was made on the London Stock Exchange and notified to the Company today, Mr Moore has a holding of 50,000 Shares.
