Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rensburg Sheppards plc has today, 23 March 2009, received notification of the following transactions carried out as of today: 

Robert Lister, a director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 390 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Lister now has a beneficial interest in 2,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.006 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Isla Smith, a director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 390 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs. Smith now has a beneficial interest in 2,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.006 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Jonathan Wragg, a director of the Company, sold 1,010 ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 390 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr. Wragg now has a beneficial interest in 13,949 ordinary shares, representing 0.032 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
