Directors' shareholdings
The Company announces that it has today been notified by Gautam Dalal, Non-executive Director, that on 27 September 2011, he purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 60.25 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Dalal has a beneficial interest in 375,000 shares, representing 0.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
