Notification of Interests of Directors

Cineworld Group plc ("the Company") announces the grant today of options over 553,138 Cineworld ordinary shares in accordance with the Rules of the Cineworld Group Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme").

Two directors of the Company were included in the grant:

The options have an exercise price of ‚£0.93 each and, in accordance with the Rules of the Scheme, they will, in the normal course of events, be exercisable from 1 December 2011. No consideration was payable on the grant of the options.

Both directors previously held options over 6,000 ordinary shares under the Scheme which would have been exercisable from 3 November 2010. In accordance with the Rules of the Scheme, these options lapsed prior to the grant today.
