XP Power Limited ("the Company") has been notified that on 8 March 2013, JohnDyson, Non-Executive Director, sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1132.04p each. Following thetransaction, Mr. Dyson no longer has an interest in the Ordinary Shares of theCompany.
