For immediate release 18 December 2006 Mondas Plc ("Mondas" or the "Company") Director's shareholdings

The Company has been notified that Peter Waller, non-executive chairman, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 16.5p each, equivalent to 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Waller is now beneficially interested in 118,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.32 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
