Pochin's PLC06 March 2008 Pochin's PLC Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company was informed yesterday that Mr Michael Chadwick, a non-executivedirector of the Company, disposed of 1,958,780 ordinary shares in the capital ofthe Company on 4 March 2008 to Quiros Limited, a company to which Mr Chadwick isconnected, at a price of 181p per share. In addition, the Company was informed yesterday that Quiros Limited purchased50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 4 March 2008, at a priceof 181p per share.
