Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC29 July 2005 BLAVOD EXTREME SPIRITS PLC (the "Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING The Company was informed on 28 July 2005 that Jeffrey Hopmayer, a director ofthe Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 July 2005. Further tothis, Mr Hopmayer sold an additional 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 31pence per Ordinary Share on 27 July 2005.
