Director/PDMR Shareholding

Deltex Medical Group plc has today been informed that, on 17 May 2011, Paul Mitchell, Finance Director of Deltex Medical, transferred 13,686 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") at 25.75p each into his pension fund held with Investment Funds Direct Limited.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned director in the Shares remains unchanged.
