Director's Shareholding
WH Ireland received notification today that on 2 March 2010 Richard Ford, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 73,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 38.5 pence each, to be held in his self invested personal pension.
Following this purchase, Richard Ford is interested in 223,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
