Speedy Hire announces the following changes to Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") interests in the Company.

We were advised on 19 August 2011 by Equiniti Limited that the following PDMR's acquired ordinary shares in Speedy Hire Plc at £0.29 per ordinary share through participation in the Speedy Hire Plc Dividend Re-Investment Plan.
