Directors' dealing

The Company announces that it has been notified that Lyn and Ronald Duncan, Directors of the Company, yesterday transferred 351,325 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 8.9915p per Ordinary Share from their direct holdings in the Company to their SiPPs.

Following the transaction, Ronald and Lyn Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company remains at 20,812,109 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
