The Company was informed on 26 March 2009 that Mr John Nicholas, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at an average cost of 108.02p per share between 24 March and 26 March 2009, representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Mr Nicholas's total holding in the Company is now 100,000 Shares of 5p each, 

representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's total issued share capital.
