Director/PDMR Shareholding
Wey Education Plc (WEY.L), the education group operating an established online independent secondary school in the UK teaching IGCSE and A Levels, announces that on 11 December 2015 Mr David Massie, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired in the recent placing 3,900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following the acquisition, Mr. Massie has an interest in the Company of 17,091,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.19% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
