DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified that on 27 March 2015, John Coghlan, Non-Executive Director, bought 5,500 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 174.09 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, John Coghlan's beneficial interest in the Company is 5,500 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.1% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
