 Director/PDMR Shareholding

S & U were advised today that Alexander Coombs, son of Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U Plc, has purchased 1,000 S&U Ordinary shares at a price of 640 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Anthony Coombs is 527,330 ordinary shares representing 4.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
