S&U were advised today that Mr John Guy Thompson, Director of S&U, had on 28th September 2012 transferred 667 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to his wife Katherine Thompson.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of John Guy Thompson remain unchanged at 667 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
