Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £1.045 per share on Monday 14th July 2008 and a further 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.045 today. Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 80,890 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also today informed that Mr Geoffrey H Wright, a director of the Company, today purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.07. Following this transaction, Mr Wright's beneficial interest is also 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital consists of 29,451,826 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 29,451,826.

The above figure (29,451,826 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
