London, 25 August 2010 - The Company was notified on 25 August 2011, that on 24 August Stuart Morris, Non Executive Director of Mwana Africa PLC, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.5p per share.
Following this transaction, Stuart Morris has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 1,200,000 shares.
