Director Dealing
The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator ("MVNO"), was notified on 25 June 2015 of the purchase on the same day by Jimmy Wales, Executive Chairman of the Company, of 80,000 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 130.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jimmy Wales' total beneficial interest in the Company is 5,986,760 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
