K3 Business Technology Group PLC22 November 2007 K3 Business Technology Group plc ("K3" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 21November 2007 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,000Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 160pence per share and 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a priceof 156 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Claesson is interested in 3,981,448 OrdinaryShares representing 17.00 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital.
