Directors' Dealings
The Company is pleased to announce that, on 10 July 2008, David Durant, Planning and Design Director, acquired 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence in the Company at a price of 71 pence per share. Mr Durant now has a beneficial interest in 1,126,213 Ordinary Shares, representing 3% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
