The Company was today notified that on 16 July 2015 Non-Executive Director George Materna's SIPP provider sold 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at £5.675.
Mr Materna's total interest in the Company is now 7,777,405 Shares, representing 25.3% of the Company's issued Share capital.
