Digital Classics PLC13 July 2005 Digital Classics PLC ("Digital Classics" or the "Company") Directors' Shareholding Following the placing of shares announced on 8 July 2005, the Company wasinformed that David Elstein, Chairman of Digital Classics, now has an aggregateholding of 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing approximately0.149 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
