Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed on 18 January 2011 that, on the same day, Nick Moss, non-executive Director, gifted 1,000,000 ordinary shares held by him to his wife for nil consideration.
Following this transaction, Mr Moss's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,688,250 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
