Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it has been notified that on 3rd April 2014 Martin Warner sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68 pence per share to satisfy institutional investor demand. Following this transaction Mr Warner's beneficial interest is now 5,588,732 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
