Richard Morgan, CEO Purchases Shares

Amphion Innovations PLC (the "Company"), has been advised that Richard Morgan, the Chief

Executive of Amphion, yesterday purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at 21 pence per ordinary

share in the Company. 

Richard Morgan and Mrs. Anna Morgan now hold a combined interest of 21,198,211 ordinary

shares in the Company representing 16.28 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
