Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG announces that it was notified on 9 September 2016 by Mr Howard Kalika, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that he had purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 103 pence per share on 9 September 2016.

Mr Kalika's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 265,850 shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
