Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified yesterday that on 16 March 2015 Robert Ware, Non-executive Director, sold 51,585 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 224.275p per share.

Robert Ware's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 250,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
