Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was advised yesterday that Hon Alexander Hambro, Chairman, transferred 7,250 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding into his Self Invested Pension Plan ('SIPP'). For the purpose of the transfer the shares were sold at 374.5p and bought back by the SIPP at 374.5p on 12 January 2011.

His interests in the Company remain 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.39 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital and 468,751 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 9.38 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
