Waterman Group plc (“the Company”)
The Company was informed yesterday that the following directors of the Company exercised conditional bonus awards in the form of Ordinary Shares in the Company on 19 November 2010. These awards were granted to the executive directors of the Company on 14 November 2007.
Details of awards exercised, shares sold in order to satisfy the tax liabilities arising on the exercise and the resultant beneficial shareholdings for the relevant directors of the Company are listed below:
