Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that, on 13 December 2013, Group Chief Executive Jeff Fairburn purchased 1,006 Ordinary Shares in the Company into his ISA account at £11.3756 per share. Jeff Fairburn's wife also purchased 1,006 Ordinary Shares in the Company into her ISA account at £11.3756 per share.

Mr and Mrs Fairburn's total interest in the Company is 116,609 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.038% of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company on 16 December 2013 is 304,649,809 ordinary shares.
