DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 8 July 2009 of the following transaction by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their Connected Persons.

On 8 July 2009, James Morley, Non Executive Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 35,543 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price per share of 27.96p and 35,648 Shares at a price per share of 27.88p. Following the transaction, Mr Morley has an interest of 71,191 Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
