Director/PDMR Shareholding

Acta S.p.A. announces that on 30 September 2008 it was informed that Bertam S.r.l., a company controlled by Paolo Bert (Chief Executive Officer), had, on 29 September 2008, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of Eur 0.006 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 8.0 pence per share.

Following the acquisition, Mr Bert holds an interest in 17,253,022 Ordinary Shares, representing 42.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
