XP Power Limited ("the Company") has today been notified that Mike Laver, President Global Sales and Marketing, sold 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), at a price of 1600p each. Following the transaction, Mr. Laver has a beneficial interest in 119,969 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
