Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 18 June 2009 that Mr Nick Brayshaw, Chairman, had purchased 2,233 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') through the dividend reinvestment scheme operated by Capita, the Company's registrars. 

The Company was also notified on 18 June 2009 that Mr Brayshaw had on that day sold 68,907 Ordinary Shares at a price of 39 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Mr Brayshaw. 

Following this transaction, Mr Brayshaw has a notifiable interest in 68,907 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
