DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 30 April 2009, that Tim Ross (Non-Executive Director) purchased, through Crosswater Resources Limited, a connected party, 23,076 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.30 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Tim Ross's beneficial interest in the Company is 28,576 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
