NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was informed yesterday of the following acquisitions of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in Lavendon on 8 December 2009 through the firm placing and open offer of new ordinary shares announced by the Company on 19 November 2009 at a price of £0.70 per share. This announcement relates to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
