Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 1st September 2010 it received notification from its chairman, Douglas Sutherland, that on the same day his wife purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 70.39 pence per share.

As at 1st September 2010, Mr. Sutherland holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 350,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
