Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that on 10 August 2018 the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's final dividend and allocated a total of 1,045 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company to ESAP participants at a price of £2.07 per share.
As a result, the Company has been notified that Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell, directors of the Company, have acquired an interest in 85 shares and 53 shares respectively. Greg Alcorn, a PDMR of the Company, also acquired 6 shares. The resultant interests of the individuals are as follows:
