Directors' shareholdings
The Company announces that it has today been notified by Andrew Woollett, Executive Chairman, that on 27 September 2011 members of his family purchased 26,112 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 60.0625 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Woollett has a beneficial interest in 2,304,182 shares, representing 2.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
