Director's purchase of shares

The Company announces that it has received notification that on 4 October 2012, Michael Knight purchased 8,000 ordinary shares at a price of 24.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Knight is interested in 66,226 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.069% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
