Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Brammer plc announces that on 18 March 2009 it granted awards over its ordinary shares under the Company's Share Matching Plan to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Share Matching Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in May 2005.

No payment is required for the shares, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2009.
