The Company received notification on 5 May 2016 of the following transaction in the Company’s Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each (“Ordinary Shares”) by a PDMR of the Company.

On 5 May 2016, Mr Stephen Hester bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.7985 per share.
